Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

At Florist World we’re committed to providing quality artificial products at affordable prices. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your item or process a return and refund under the following conditions.

Returns

Terms and Conditions

Returns and refunds are required to be actioned withing 7 days of receipt of the product.

In order for a return/refund to be approved the below criteria must be met:

·       The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

·       The item must be in a resaleable condition.

·       The item must be in its original packaging.

·       You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to log a return

Please send us an email to admin@floristworld.co.za to let us know you wish to return the item.

We will then arrange collection with our courier, the fee for which will be deducted from the refund value.

Upon receipt of the product, they will be inspected to ensure they meet the above terms and conditions for a refund. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been approved, and your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Exchanges

Should you change your mind about an order after receipt, and would prefer another product, we will gladly exchange the item for another item of the same value, so long as the return conditions above are met. In these instances, you are liable for the courier fee of the returned item as well as the courier fee of the exchanged item.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of a product.

If you wish to exchange the product due to a perceived issue with quality or if the product is believed to be damaged, please include images along with your request.

How to cancel an order

You may cancel your order if the item has not yet been handed over to the courier. Should you cancel an order after we have shipped the order, a courier fee will be deducted from your refund.
